Audit Representation

Enrolled Agents are recognized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in all areas of taxpayer representation including: (1) IRS tax, (2) Franchise Tax Board tax audits, (3) non-filer cases, (4) establishment of installment agreements for tax debts, and (5) offer in compromise solution for complete forgiveness.

Audit representation consists of assisting taxpayers with tax audits by reviewing correspondence from the tax agency, determining the scope of the audit, preparing the necessary information to communicate the taxpayer's case and come to a resolution of the problem that benefits the taxpayer.

Collection issues are resolved by establishment of installment agreements or filing an offer in compromise. There is always some path to compliance.

We have extensive experience filing back tax returns for individuals that are delinquent in filing their tax returns.
